This FAQ was created by Hinaichigo Xaris in order to answer user’s frequent questions of her translator.

1 – Where can I get the Translator?

2 – I can not see the HUD, where it is?

The HUD is attached to the bottom of the screen, in some resolutions or viewers, the HUD could appear too out of screen.
To solve it, wear the item, then right click the item in your inventory and select «Edit«, you will be able to edit your item in your screen using the edit pane, press the Object tab, and look for the «Position/Location» area, you will see 3 input boxes, try changing the Z box.

3 – My translator translate others translators, how can avoid this?

On version 6.0 you will see 3 buttons on the right side, the first one (showing a box) it’s for translate objects, turn it off to avoid translating objects (like other translators).


4 – I am having an error message, what can I do?

Your best option is to write «/103switch» on the general chat, If this doesn’t work, then all what you can do is wait, remember, this translator works using the google service, if they are having problems, updating, on maintenance, etc. we are not able to access it.


5 – Does this translator work for IMs?

No, there are no way to translate ims, this is because scripts runs on objects only, there are no objects in IMs.
You can use Secret Mode, this let you send private messages to avatars in same region, but they need own a translator version 6.0 to answer.


6 – How to update?

if you wear any old version over 4.0 you get a free update when you wear it, try detach and attach translator again to get the update, if your version is under 4.0 tell me to give you a copy manually.


7 – Can I pay for a full perm script?

The translator script is a http request only, the translation is made in a remote web server, so the script is not useful.


8 – I want to have a vendor to give the translator in my SIM

Yes, Send me an IM, i have a vendor for free, it sells translators for 300L$, I can not give you a vendor to give the translator for free, sorry.


9 – Why I do not get updates?

A: Please check your block lists, search for «Delivery station» and unblock it.
